Come chat and decompress with the Emotional Wellbeing Team and Active Minds from the Center for Student Wellness and Health Promotion as we give you various tips and tricks to take care of yourself during this pandemic! Join our Dietitian, Jody Margolis, as she clears up myths, and learn what healthy eating looks like. Quick Bites is a brief, virtual lunch and learn activity on Zoom with our RDN, Jody Margolis, who will cover various nutrition hot topics. You’ll have the opportunity to ask the expert and expand your nutritional knowledge.
